This is a seriously fruity jam, made with 65g of fruit per 100g. The succulent apricots are carefully grown and organically fertilised on the Chaloner family farm orchards in Stellnboschand only harvested when the fruit has ripened on the tree for as long as possible. This is a versatile, lovely jam with a hint of cinnamon spice that makes for a delicious addition to a slice of toast or baked goodies, to baste snoek, or serve with roosterbrood. This classic apricot jam epitomises the beloved homemade Chaloner taste that has only improved over the last 20 years.
