Neem trees originate in India, and neem oil has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for hundreds of years. Now grown in Mauritania, African neem trees have even higher concentrations of active ingredients than their Indian parents. Neem trees take 4 years to grow to maturity, and oil is harvested from the seeds inside the fruit, without damaging the tree at all, making it a sustainable harvest. Neem oil is an excellent moisturising oil, with antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic, antibacterial, insecticidal and anti-parasitic properties, as well as containing fatty acids and other essential amino acids.

Smelly but great product

This is a great product. it has improved my eczema and I also use it on rashes, bites, scrapes etc where the infection lingers. The smell is something different that needs to be adapted to but luckily it doesn't linger.
