For heavy flow person like me, the large was apt size. Did my yoga, zumba and running for chores around all with the cup and I cannot tell you enough how comfortable I was. Once I got the Lunette I understood how a good quality cup suppose to look and feel. This cup is life changing, I heard about the brand from an overseas friend and when it became available I decided to give it a try, despite knowing it was pricier than most on the market. Without going into too much detail, after purchasing the Lunette, this is the first month I have ever had a stress-free, leak free, mess free experience and I have been able to truly relax when swimming. I had concerns about the technical details when first hearing of the concept, however this was no issue at all (due to the design and quality of the cup) and was FAR easier to use and ,surprisingly, more comfortable (!!) than any of the conventional methods I have been using in the past. It really has made what usually is a very stressful week for me normally: easy, mess-free and unstressful and I feel in control. My only regret is not having one when I was younger as it would have made my school / sporting experience alot less difficult. Highly highly recommend this product for those with heavier flows and busy, active lifestyles...
