It arrived intact but when using the eye shadow the powder becomes very loose and messes quite a bit. Unfortunately, after having it in my make-up bag for 2 days, the whole palette broke and crumbled everywhere - so not suitable for travel, I would suggest leaving it out of your make-up bag.

I recently went away and packed my trio eye shadow, however, by the time I got to my destination and unpacked, my eye shadow was a mess. The powder had broken up completely and was all over the inside of the compact, which now makes it really difficult to use. It's also brand new, so I don't want to buy another one. These Inthusiasm trios are lovely and they are easy to apply and look great. I use a mixture of the 3 that I have so that I can get maximum benefit out of them. At least they don't affect my Hashi's and they are easy to remove at the of the day. Only 1 of the 3 is correct for my skin colour - I think this trio is for a browner skin, and I would have taken lighter browns, but there aren't any to choose.

The powders themselves are great, pigmentation is good, very happy with that, however, the plastic container packaging is utterly cheap and I highly urge the brand owners to find a better source for that. Right now it looks like one of those R10 flea market eyeshadows. Last all day and they don't irrtate my very sensitive eyes/skin. The colours indicated here are very accurate.
Only one minor problem: the applicators that come with the shadows aren't very good, but I just bought new ones so used those instead. Otherwise, I highly recommend these!
