Honestly, using an indian hair oil proved more effective in normalizing my scalp and promoting re-growth. I have very thin hair, and am suffering from postpartum hair loss, so I wanted something that would help my hair recover, and give it a bit more volume in the mean time. From the first application this made a huge difference! My hair is shiny and has a lot more volume, and is so much easier to style. My scalp is also much more balanced, and my hair is a lot less oily as a result. I am so happy, and will definitely be buying this again, and again!!! :)
