I would have always said it is probably more suitable for coarser hair, though the new formula (current) was rather drying (and still left residue), perhaps for coarser hair in combo with conditioner, as reviews show, everyone is different and I would say this is worth trying. I can usually use just about any shampoo (sans conditioner) and my hair looks shiny and is healthy and manageable but it just seems to disagree with this shampoo. My hair doesn feel as smooth and elastic as it normally is and gets tangled twice as much.
I don know if its just bad luck with Pure Beginnings products but I wasn happy with the deodorant I purchased a while back either.
