The most off putting is the smell. I really expected a nice sweet smelling shampoo (as it's strawberry) but the smell does not resemble strawberry (or any fruit) in the least. I find it to be a bit of an off putting smell. But luckily the smell does not linger on the actual hair once hair is rinsed and dried. I've been using it for a quite a few months now. I found that the commercial shampoo (even though I used professional/salon shampoo) changed my hair over time. I used to have to wash it daily becoz it was too oily not to. I didn't see much difference at the start when using this product ito oil. But after several months I am now able to wash my hair every 2nd day. What I love about it is that I get that clean feeling after washing my hair with it (it doesn't still feel greasy) and my hair is so soft. It is quite runny. I usually use a little on my hair and rub it in, then rinse and re-lather. It "takes" much better the 2nd time round and foams better too rather than trying to wash it only once but using more product. For me, I also have to have a product that doesnt contain sodium benzoate. This one has no funny ingredients! It makes my scalp itchy and my hair gets oilier quicker than before. It is a very watery shampoo. A little does not go a long way. The first product that I have been disappointed in on this site. Luckily there are so many other great shampoos on here, but won recommend this one.
