Longevity:
Its been a month and change and i am smack dab in the middle, soooo, i expect this guy to last me 2 months and change. Make of that what you will, for me, superb value given that i am a heavy user, 3 times a day when i'm baking in the Sun City heat on work weekends.
Scent:
I asked my sister what i smelled like after stuffing her face in my armpit and this is her response. "You smell like a tree" Right then, not sure if we can trust that review on her part but believe me when i say it smells great, unique and nature like. Emphasis on the "unique" bit.
The nasties:
Remember those white deodorant rings most people have around their armpits after an application? The sort that make you want to crawl into a cave and kill white fluffy rabbits? They don't exist with earthsap, thank god for that.
Yellow stains on white Ts, i wish i could comment on this with absolute confidence and i hope someone does. I have noticed some staining, very light yellowish staining on my fairly new white T. Nothing a good scrub wont fix but hey, i'd rather it didn't happen at all. That little detail wont even deter the full 5 star complement. It might not be a very strong smell that other people can smell from a distance, BUT that doesn mean it doesn work. We both put it on in the morning after our shower and the next morning when we go to shower again we can still smell it under our arms. It prevents us from stinking even after a workout and best of all its natural so there are no harmful chemicals. Based on my personal testing, this is quite literally the weakest performing roll on Ive ever used. It consistently fails in its efficacy after around 6 hours. Even with low physical exertion on my part. And its scent is weak (Unless you stick the roll on up your nose), but within the expected minimum roll on scent strength levels in my opinion.
Granted, it is only a deodorant and not an anti-perspirant. So one can expect long lasting protection. But at least stay effective long enough for me to get home from work and put more on.
There is a very clear reason why this product is priced so much lower than the other options. Partly, Im sure, due to higher sales. But mostly because it contains a less effective and cheaper combination of ingredients. Ones that all seem to be generic, Google-searched home recipes (which I tested by making myself) thats packaged for the massess. Much like Earthsaps near totally ineffective toothpaste.
