I can definitely notice a significant difference in the morning after having applied it the evening before. It hasn't totally cured, but it totally suppresses it. Which is amazing. The smell is strong but I really love the sent that lingers, even though I see others have complained. It smells strongly of both apple cider vinegar, and rose essential oil. It does not indicate on the ingredients list, or this website that the essential oil is rose. I do not like rose essential oil, and would not have purchased this if I had known that. I also found the combination of apple cider vinegar and rose particularly strange and unpleasant together, both cloying and vinegary.
I cannot comment on how effective it is as a toner, because I found the smell so off-putting that I gave it away after a week.

The bottle it comes in I believe is hard plastic is a good transport form but it isn user friendly, way too much comes out in one go no matter using it on cotton pads or bare hands. I suggest changing the head to a spray bottle or a controlled dropper head if you happen to have one lying at home. I had a terrible breakout of acne because of a BB cream and since I started using this toner in combination with the Bee Natural cleansing balm, my skin cleared a lot faster. I added some Tea Tree Oil to the toner (since its very good for healing acne). :) Not only is my skin free of acne now, but the skin tone is much better as well.
