I would highly recommend this product!! Used it as soon as I got my period and for the first time in my life I was able to endure without any neurofen! Apply generously to lower stomach region, and it does take about 10 minutes to kick in :)

I suffer from very painful menstrual cramps and I found this balm quite effective. I have also used it for lower back pain and general muscle pains a few times and it works marvelously.
