I have been using the Biotin for 4 months now and my hair has been growing bountifully. Without biotin, my hair grows about half an inch a month. Taking 10 mcg of Biotin a day, I grow 1 1/2 inches in a month. Also, the areas of my hairline that were a little thin are starting to fill in. My nails have not shown great improvement, yet my hairline has definitely filled the patchy areas that were once very evident before. This will be a constant and repeated purchase-product from FTN.
