Even though I think the stock I got was a bit old (it was a bit mouldy on top, which I just scraped off, and the oil separated from the cream, which I just mixed in again, and there was no smell except for shea butter aroma), I think this is a great body butter. It was quite rich and perfect for winter skin.

I adore the texture of this but I can get past the unpleasant smell which doesn dissipate through the day. A pity because the texture is great really hydrating.

This is a beautifully rich and moisturising body butter. On this front I can fully recommend it. However the Ylang Ylang scent, which I generally like, is just too strong and I found it overwhelming. I toned it down with some lemon essential oils and it has improved.

I got this as a gift for my grandmother, though i nearly didnt as another similar product had prettier packaging. im so glad i left it to the ingredients, because turns out my grandmother suffers from terribly dry skin that causes her to get almost uncontrollably itchy - this cream cleared that right up, even though she had some special eczema cream from the local pharmacy, this did a much better job at keeping her skin moisturised and getting rid of the itch. and she could not stop commenting on the beautiful smell of this cream. And this one has purer ingredients for a lower price than others like it.

This is one of bitter few body butters that don contain almond oil and the only one that I know of that is fairly reasonable too. It is rich and has been a godsend during pregnancy during which my skin has been very dry. Thanks BE!

I love everything about this... the texture (nice and rich and creamy) and the ease of rubbing it in (easy and quick). Love the price (reasonable) and the fact that all the BE products are vegan, cruelty-free and smell great with natural ingredients. Oh yes - it works on very dry, mature skin :).

My husband bought this for me and I love it. The texture is how I like my body butters, rich with moisture and essential oils. It absorbs well and smells delicious. The tub is a little small for me, this size will only last me a month... He also received a hand cream sample which is very moisturizing and smells beautiful too. I think I prefer the smell of the hand cream to the body butter, hopefully they will bring out some scent options soon and some bigger sizes.
